UBE's ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), which is a comonomer of vinyl acetate, is a flexible and highly transparent product.

Overview

Using a high-pressure process employing the tubular method, we provide materials with excellent performance for a variety of applications. The high-pressure process enables copolymerization of ethylene with various vinyl compounds. Ube Maruzen Polyethylene Corporation manufactures ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymers using vinyl acetate as a comonomer, and has added flexible and highly transparent materials to its product lineup.
